Long Term Goal – New Community and Township
As the project grows it is going to become interesting for people to move there. These costs will not be upon the project but could be a profit for the project in the long term. The community has the potential to grow quickly to the size of 5,000 families. Assuming 4 members per family you could have 1,250 homes.
There are numerous desert cities around the world.
