FARM OPERATIONS TEAM

Today there are a lot of small farms going out of business being unable to compete with the massive large-scale farming. This would allow us to tap into a large pool of highly talented individuals in what it takes to build a successful agricultural business.

Project ManagerGLENN MADDEN

Glenn Madden will be the project leader and general manager of operations. Glenn is a self-motivated individual with various skills that will help the project become a success. Early on in life, he assisted his father with a small farm in Laurens SC. Glenn served in the management of a grocery store chain early on in his career. Later he served in both the army national guard and the navy in electronic-oriented occupations. After leaving the navy Glenn worked himself through college to attain a degree in Electronics Engineering and attended a university towards a degree in Computer Science. Glenn worked with Capsugel a division Phizer for 10 years designing and installing process control equipment around the world at various factories. Both his skills un-professional as a land farmer and professionally as an Electronics Engineer make him highly qualified for this advanced technology farm startup.

BILL GREGOROVIC

Initially, Bill Gregorovic founder and owner of Green Rhino Container Farms will work as an advisor. GRCF builds indoor container farms and grows cannabis in Tulsa Oklahoma. The plan is as the Green Earth Project progresses to merge Bill’s operation into the project.

In addition to our management leadership, our initial startup plan is to have a team of 15 managers with various skills divided into 15 departments to focus on various aspects of the growth of the project. As we develop the project this initial layout of duties will also change.

  1. precision farming
  2. soil reclamation
  3. livestock
  4. greenhouse vertical farming
  5. greenhouse cannabis grower
  6. beehives
  7. solar farm
  8. building construction
  9. utilities
  10. legal assistant
  11. marketing
  12. food preparation
  13. vehicle maintenance
  14. human resource
  15. water management

The managers will be allowed to contract out duties as necessary for the operation of their department. It will be the goal of each department to make the operation profitable. As a new development technology farm, we will be looking to universities for part-time staff and learning opportunities on the farm.

As the business grows we will work between in-house and outsourcing various aspects of running the business. A lot of the technology we will be using is for sale on the public market. We will also be developing new ideas using our in-house talent. We will be seeking a wide range of labor from local to immigrants maintaining an equal opportunity for all.

New Immigrants Can Help

Like our forefathers did new migrants coming in can help us reclaim farmlands that have turned arid even desert. We can build new farmlands and provide jobs not only for migrants but for many Americans also.

A lot of problem with new immigrants coming to America is that Americans are worried about our resources both land and jobs. But we have lands in the Mid-West that have become uninhabitable and unsuited for farmland due to droughts and improper grazing.

With an initial investment and proper management, we could set up communities that could work to restore the lands to green pastures and forests again. What better place to settle new immigrants than on the land they can help re-build themselves with the help from the government to get started. In time these new lands will repay their costs in crop production, new forests, and livable lands.

Not only does this give the immigrants a new place to live but it would also help us as a nation reach net-zero emissions through the plant’s consumption of CO2.
